The comical play will leave audiences teary-eyed with laughter
The Broadway Theatre of Pitman will be hosting fun-filled nights of chaos and mayhem as Ken Ludwig's Lend Me a Tenor hits the stage. The hilarious farce, a sensation on Broadway and in London's West End, mixes mistaken identities, competing opera stars, and a symphony of slamming doors in this Tony Award-winning show. Through the performance weeks, the show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm, and Sundays at 2:00 pm.
The Broadway Theatre of Pitman's Lend Me a Tenor is directed by Dr. Elisabeth Hostetter, and boasts a talented cast of characters: Steve Ciapanna (Tito Merelli), Neal Mangano (Saunders), Ted Wioncek (Max), Casey Williams- Ficarra (Maggie), Melissa Tepperman (Maria), Monica O'Malley (Diana), Linda D'Angelo (Julia) and Jason Mangano (as the Bellhop).
"We are eager to debut our performance of Lend Me a Tenor. This is such a light-hearted and hysterical play - we're having as much fun in production as the show-goers will have watching," said Pat Mangano, Managing Director of the Theatre.
The final live show of the 2007 Season is Oliver!, running October 26 through November 17.
The upcoming 2008 Season includes Hello Dolly!, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Forever Plaid, Damn Yankees, The Mousetrap, and The Music Man.
Tickets to single theatrical productions can be purchased for $25 per person. The 2008 Season Subscription includes all six shows for just $75.
